Arts & Crafts Candlesticks.

A rare pair of Arts & Crafts carved oak candlesticks, of architectural form, each with a faceted hexagonal shaft raised on a bold chamfered tripod base beneath a lobed, faceted candle socket.

The restrained geometric design exemplifies the simplicity and craftsmanship of the Arts & Crafts movement. English, circa 1900–1915. Very much in the Cotswold School design.

Measuring 13 inches in height.
