A finely turned and constructed late Victorian/Edwardian solid mahogany display stand, ideal for elevating an important porcelain platter, specimen tray, or rare folio book. The stand is designed with an ogee-profiled, weighted plinth base featuring a central recessed well to secure the base of your object, balanced seamlessly by a robust vertical support column.
The mahogany retains an exceptional, deep-honey original colour and the stand is in good country house condition.
